The University of Iowa is a large school with 31,206 total students and 1,890 international student including 100+ different nationalities. The student to faculty ratio is 15:1 - allowing students to make deep connections with faculty despite being a large university. Campus Life

The campus is conveniently located in downtown Iowa City which means you are on average 15 minutes from everything you could need including the pharmacy, coffee shops to study in, banks, boutiques for shopping, and the list goes on. The campus is easily walk-able or bike-able allowing increased accessibility. The University is also strategically placed as major cities like Chicago and Kansas City are only a 4-5 hour car ride away (which is is great if you are looking for internships).
