Our team has 70 plus years of combined experience with international students' higher education experience and share a devotion to helping international students succeed on their journey to study abroad in the United States.
EdAgree's team is here to ensure international students put their best foot forward during their study abroad journey.
Before founding EdAgree, Marlowe worked in the EdTech space at ETS, 2U, and Pearson as a product owner and developer. He has also worked as a teacher in Cameroon, Tanzania, South Korea, China, and the U.S.A. Marlowe has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University in International Relations, obtained his Master's degree from Columbia University, and MBA from Duke University. Marlowe is a lifelong advocate for access and equity in education.
Laura has 12 years of experience in marketing and product management, 5 of which focus on students. These years of experience have led Laura to her commitment to supporting students and their outcomes. Laura has a Bachelor's of Arts Management and Theatre from College of Charleston.
​​Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Georgia and Master’s degree from Georgia Southern University in teaching Culturally and Linguistically Diverse students. Ashley has nearly 10 years of experience working with students, and an incredible passion for culturally diverse students.
Brooke graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management and brings 3 plus years experience working with international students in higher education.

Lauren Bailey
Student Success Manager
Lauren graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology and a double minor in Human Development and Family Sciences, and Disability Studies. During her time there, she helped families from diverse and vulnerable communities, and worked to help students reach their academic and career goals.
Advisory Board
Deepak brings over 25 years of experience inTechnology. He is passionate about solving problems in the K-12 and Higher Ed space through the use of AI that engages students at a deeper level, and motivates them to push boundaries. With nearly a decade of experience in privacy and compliance, Deepak plans to define new standards and protocols in EdTech, to protect the privacy of students when they’re online, and give them the freedom to use the internet without worry of being tracked or misuse of their information by private agencies. Prior to joining the EdAgree Advisory Board, Deepak has served on the board for a few early stage startups, and worked through 3 major acquisitions. Through the use of technology and his experience with complex architectures and re-defining business processes, Deepak has been able to add significant multipliers to valuations before exit.
