Official Rules (“Official Rules”)

Eligibility: EdAgree Fall 2022 Scholarship (the “Scholarship”) is open only to EdAgree Scholars who create a profile on the EdAgree platform at https://www.my.edagree.com/, apply to one of our partners universities through EdAgree, get accepted, enroll, and attend class. Employees of EdAgree, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Scholarship.
Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by EdAgree, Inc., ETS Campus, 660 Rosedale Rd, MS 06J, Princeton, NJ 08540.
Agreement to rules: By entering this Scholarship, I accept the terms and conditions and set forth in these Official Rules. I confirm I am at least 16 years old. By entering the Scholarship, I'm in accordance with the EdAgree, Inc. Privacy Policy, a current copy of which can be found here https://www.edagree.com/privacy-policy.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00am EDT on 11/11/2021 (“Entry Period”). The Giveaway will end on 6/30/2022 at 11:59pm EDT. The sponsor reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Scholarship by creating a EdAgree profile at https://www.my.edagree.com/ (the “EdAgree Platform”), apply to one of our partners universities through EdAgree, get accepted, enroll, and attend class. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of EdAgree, Inc..
Prize: Three (3) USD$1,000 Scholarships will be given to three (3) EdAgree Scholars and paid directly to the EdAgree partner university they enrolled in. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: In September 2022, Sponsor will select three (3) winners in a random drawing of all entries received. Winners will be notified via email to the email address attached to their EdAgree profile. Sponsor will pay the $1,000 Scholarship directly to the university and shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, the Prize may be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Scholarship entry, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, the prize providers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Scholarship or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Scholarship; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Scholarship or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Scholarship or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of the Prize, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. A complete release of Facebook and Instagram by each entrant or participant; and acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
