The University of Kansas is located in Lawrence, Kansas and has a population of around 100,000 people including students. KU also offers a tiered scholarship program for freshman international students from $3,000-$9,000 a year, renewable for 4 years. Another great scholarship to note is their International Excellence tuition waiver, which a separate application is needed.
Campus Facilities
Students are offered a variety of living accommodations and meal plans based on their budgets. All students are encouraged to spend at least their first year living on-campus as it makes the transition much easier, and allows students to be connected to their peers.
